Secure payment through Mollie

Payments are processed by Mollie. The payment methods actually available for an order are displayed at checkout and may depend on country, currency, order value and Mollie’s availability. Lady M Latex does not store full card or online-banking credentials.

Prices and currency

Consumer prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless the page clearly states otherwise. Delivery charges and any other unavoidable costs are shown before the customer places the order. Customers outside the European Union may have to pay import VAT, duties or local handling charges.

When payment is taken

Payment is due when the order is placed unless a written quotation provides another schedule. Production of made-to-measure products may not begin until the agreed payment and measurements have been received.

Failed, pending or duplicate payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, check the payment-provider message and contact Lady M Latex before trying repeatedly. If a duplicate debit appears, email info@lady-m-latex.shop with the order number and non-sensitive proof of the transactions. Never send full card details or passwords.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made through the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. Processing time after issuance depends on Mollie, the payment method and the customer’s bank.

Mollie and Lady M Latex may process transaction, device and order information to prevent fraud, secure payments and comply with legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for further details.
