Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Standard sealed products

Consumers normally have 14 days from receipt to notify Lady M Latex that they withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Standard latex items that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons are delivered with a clearly identifiable hygiene seal. The right of withdrawal applies while this seal remains intact and ends when the seal is broken after delivery.

Made-to-measure and personalised products

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for products manufactured according to measurements or other individual specifications chosen by the customer. This exclusion is shown before ordering and does not apply merely because Lady M Latex began making an otherwise standard item.

Faulty or incorrect products

The hygiene and custom-made exclusions never remove the right to a conforming product. If an item is faulty, damaged or different from what was agreed, contact Lady M Latex so the appropriate statutory remedy can be arranged. Do not use the ordinary withdrawal return route for a defect claim.

How to withdraw

Before the 14-day period expires, submit the online withdrawal function, email info@lady-m-latex.shop, telephone +31 6 17128066 or send the model form below. Lady M Latex will acknowledge an online submission immediately by email. No reason is required.

Returning the item

After notifying us, return the item within 14 days to Lady M Latex, Speenkruidstraat 395, 9404 HP Assen, the Netherlands. Include the order number. The customer bears the direct return shipping costs for a valid withdrawal and should use suitable protective packaging and retain proof of shipment.

Refund

Lady M Latex refunds eligible payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or the customer supplies evidence of return, whichever occurs first. The refund uses the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Handling and diminished value

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. This rule does not revive a right of withdrawal after a valid hygiene seal has been broken.
