Production before dispatch

Lady M Latex makes products by hand. The product page or quotation states whether an item is ready-to-wear, made to order or made to measure and gives the expected production period. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Destinations and carrier

We ship within the Netherlands, the European Union and selected international destinations using PostNL or an appropriate delivery partner. Available destinations, shipping services and charges are shown before the customer places the order.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery periods are provided at checkout or in the order confirmation. Customs checks, severe weather, peak periods and local carrier conditions may cause delays outside our reasonable control. If Lady M Latex cannot deliver within the agreed period, the customer will be informed and retain all statutory remedies.

Address and receipt

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Please inspect the parcel promptly. Visible transport damage should be photographed and reported to Lady M Latex as soon as reasonably possible; reporting later does not remove statutory rights.

Discreet packaging

Orders are shipped in plain outer packaging. The outer packaging does not describe the product inside. The sender information needed by the carrier and customs may still appear as required by law.

Customs, duties and import restrictions

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for local import duties, VAT, customs handling charges and compliance with local import rules unless checkout explicitly says these costs are included. International customers should check local rules before ordering.

Tracking and failed delivery

Tracking is supplied when available. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect, reasonable additional shipping costs may be charged where permitted by law.
