Data we process

Depending on how you use the website, we may process your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, order and payment status, product selections, measurements and customisation instructions, correspondence, return or complaint information, IP address, device and security logs, cookie identifiers and any information you submit through a form.

Purposes and legal bases

To process, manufacture, deliver and administer orders: performance of a contract.
To handle payments and prevent fraud: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
To provide customer service, returns and legal warranty: contract and legal obligations.
To maintain accounting and tax records: legal obligation.
To secure and improve the website: legitimate interests.
For optional analytics or marketing: consent, only if such tools are activated and consent is obtained.

Measurements and sensitive context

Measurements and product choices are used only to fulfil the order and provide customer service. Please do not submit unnecessary intimate photographs or special-category personal data. If photographs are genuinely needed to assess fit or a defect, we will limit access and retention.

Recipients and processors

Data may be shared only as necessary with Zentic for hosting and technical operation, Mollie for payment processing, PostNL and delivery partners for shipment, WordPress, WooCommerce and Fluent Forms as website systems, professional advisers, accountants and competent authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, Lady M Latex will use a legally recognised safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses, where required.

Retention

Order and invoice records are generally kept for the statutory tax retention period. Customer-service, return and warranty records are kept as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter and establish legal claims. Unsuccessful form enquiries and technical logs are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Made-to-measure information is not kept longer than necessary for fulfilment, aftercare and legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Send requests to info@lady-m-latex.shop. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local EEA supervisory authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be published here with a revised date.
